Yerkin Takishev, the founder of Koktobe City emphasizes the importance quality of life in building it.

He and his team have found inspiration for the project from Germany and Finland in addition to other places.

Tatishev was inspired by the low-rise architecture as well as the parks and infrastructure that is efficient that are found in German cities like Dusseldorf, Munich, and Berlin.
