Kazakh Businessman Yerkin Tishev is Silknet's Shareholder

Silknet's new shareholder is Yerkin Tatishev (a Kazakh businessman).
Yerkin TatishevKusto Group Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been granted permission by the Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353% in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owner of Silknet.

Kusto GroupDaniel Kunin The final beneficiary of Topaz Investments (Malta) Limited is Erkin Tatishev, who has been a long-time member of the Silk Road Group.

If the transaction goes through the redistribution to Silknet beneficial owners will be altered.  Daniel KuninYerkin TatishevYerkin Tatishev Giorgi Rajishvili's percentage in the transaction has decreased, and he will already be sharing the same amount as Yerkin Takishev.
